In this article, I give you my quick review of the Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus mobile phone with specs included.
After an extraordinary reception of the upgraded version of the Galaxy S model, which it called the S Plus, Samsung decided to “extend the life” of another very popular Android model – the Galaxy Ace.
This mid-range Android smartphone premiered exactly a while ago and today when the world needs an even more powerful and capable phone, Samsung is releasing a new, improved Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus.
Most of the features remained the same. However, the manufacturer has refined and improved the most important ones, and that has affected a few mm and grams more, so the Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus is about a millimeter “larger” in each dimension and 2 grams heavier (115 grams in total).
The new glossy plastic case, which is restyled and even more ergonomic, accommodates a 1 GHz processor with 3 GB of internal memory and twice as much RAM – 512 MB.
Bluetooth has also been improved, as has the display. The LCD touchscreen with HVGA resolution of 3.5 inches was replaced with a larger one of 3.65 inches, which consumes slightly less energy, so the 1,350 mAh battery had to be replaced with a smaller one – of 1,300 mAh.
This is not too much of a sacrifice, but in modern communication every mAh is precious!
The Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus comes with Android Gingerbread 2.3 software version, but no ICS upgrade is expected. The phone has a 5-megapixel camera with LED flash, as well as video recording, and other features include support for microSD cards with memory up to 32 GB and a great music player with a classic 3.5 mm headphone jack.
